What happens after my assessment?
Following your Whole Body Assessment, you have the option to receive support from our physiotherapist, who will create a tailored program to target your individual goals and address any issues identified during the assessment.
This personalised approach is entirely optional. You will have the flexibility to book in with our friendly team of qualified instructors for guided sessions, ensuring you stay on track and continue progressing at your own pace.

Semi-Private Reformer
A maximum of 5 clients per class, ensuring you get the personal support you need from your instructor.
1:1 and 2:1 Reformer Sessions
Looking for more focused support? Our 1:1 and 2:1 reformer sessions allow for a customised Reformer experience, ideal for working on specific goals, rehabilitation, or that extra bit of personalised care.
Whole Body Assessment
Optional pre-class screening to tailor your program to your needs and goals.

We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, along with grip socks and a towel. Avoid overly loose garments to ensure safety during exercises. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Yes, we offer an initial discounted trial class for new members. This allows you to experience our studio and teaching style before committing.
Our studio is open 7 days a week, offering sessions from early morning to evening to fit your schedule. We’re committed to making wellness accessible and convenient for everyone. Our opening hours are as follows: • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM • Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM • Sunday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
